If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps:

In the fields below, enter your User Name and/or the email address which you registered at JollyRoger Poker

It is not necessary to fill out both fields.

Then, please enter the correct answer to your secret questions and click "OK".

If you have not selected a secret question you should receive an email with the subject heading "New Password Request" within a few minutes from JollyRoger Poker.

This email will contain a link, if you open it you'll be able to change your password.

Then you have to insert twice your new password and click "OK" for changing it.

Should you have any difficulties, be sure that you have correctly entered your email address and/or Username, and check your "spam" folder. If you continue to experience problems, contact Support at your earliest convenience.
